Stuart McLean of Birds and Beyond leads 4x4 birding tours up Sani Pass into Lesotho. Species to look for include Bush Blackcap, Barratt’s Warbler, Gurney’s Sugarbird, Drakensberg Siskin and Drakensberg Rockjumper. Longer itineraries can include other habitats in search of Cape Parrot and Orange Ground Thrush. Tours can be tailored to the group’s interests, with sightings dependent on season, weather and the birds themselves.
