Mountain Grandeur
Geoff Brown of Into the Berg led my family on the most spectacular hiking experience I've had. The mountains and passes, cliffs and crags, icy rivers and icy waterfalls, grassy contour paths, forest meanders, Cape Vultures, Bearded Vultures and Verreaux's Eagle all spoke of the grandeur of the Drakensberg and of the Creator.Geoff guided us and looked after us excellently. He helped us in our preparations and planned our hike perfectly. Geoff prepared a delicious hot meal every night (thanks to Trailfood). He is knowledgeable about the Berg having grown up hiking there and having taken many many groups hiking.
We'll definitely be hiking with Into the Berg again and highly recommend anyone looking for a guide to contact Geoff.
