Route description

This alternative route to Giant’s Hut starts at Giant’s Castle main camp, just south of the two Dassies stream route, and climbs steadily towards the hut. Giant’s Hut guide is a ruin and should not be relied on for overnight shelter. A severe 4 hrs hike (10.5km).
